[News] SNSD Taeyeon is crowned the “Aegyo Queen”


In a survey conducted by Internet Community, DC Inside from September 7th to September 14th, Taeyeon took the first place in the poll entitled, “Which female idol’s could melt the heart of her boyfriend with her overflowing aegyo?”

Out of 16,801 participants, Taeyeon obtained 10,211 votes which made up 60.8% of the total votes. Another SNSD’s member, Sunny took the second place with 2,891 votes and f(x)’s Victoria grabbed the third spot with 2,424 votes.

On the result of the poll, netizens left comments such as “Taeyeon’s aegyo is natural” and “I want to be melted by Taeyeon’s aegyo”.

[News] SNSD, Entered Top 5 of Oricon Chart On the Day of Jap. Single Release.



Girl group Girls' Generation, containing 9 members has successfully entered in Japan.
 

Girls' Generation has officially released their Japanese debut single 'Genie' on 8th. On the day of Girls' Generation's 'Genie' release, they slipped into 5th place of Oricon Daily Single Chart, which an album selling survey that boasts the top authority inside Japan. They demonstrated their potential by ascending up to the Top 5.
 

Girls' Generation's excellent result was somehow expected before their release of 'Genie'. On their first showcase which was held towards the end of August, about 20,000 fans inside Japan has gathered. Adding to that, Girls' Generation's first Japanese major DVD 'Live Digest - Girl's Generation The 1st Asia Tour into the new world', only being 3 weeks since its release, has won 1st place on Oricon Daily DVD Chart on last 2nd of September.

Girls' Generation's 'Genie', which gave them a big pleasure by participating in Oricon Daily Single Chart Top 5 is the Japanese version of 'Tell Me your Wish', which was a big hit in Korea last year.
 

Meanwhile, Girls's Generation will be staying in Japan for their 'Genie' promotion, and will participate in 'SM Town Live' 10' that will be held at Shanghai Hongkou gymnasium on following 11th.

[NEWS] SNSD are the cover girls of Nikkei Entertainmet!


SNSD (Girls' Generation) have become the cover girls of the October edition of Nikkei Entertainment in Japan.

The girls have been doing very well in japan with their title song Genie at the top of the Oricon Chart.

[News] SNSD 'Our First Plane to Japan was Struck by a Lighting'

Girls' Generation, whom are causing sensation inside Japan and planning for the release of their very first Japanese Single album, shared a story about them being stuck
with a lightning inside their plane, stating as "There was a sign of a jackpot inside Japan".

Girls' Generation, had an interview inside their plane heading to LA from Incheon Airport on 2nd. They have shared their stories about 'accidents' when they were heading to Japan for their showcase, and followed by their music video recording studio.

Girls' Generation's plane, that was heading to Japan for the first time for their showcase on August 22nd, was hit by a lighting after its take off.

Prior to this, while they were filming a music video for their second Japanese single album, the recording studio's transformer was hit by a lighting so commotion was from the blackout.

Adding to that, on August 25, which was the day of Japanese showcase, the entire passageway's lights went off while they were coming out from the waiting room.Tiffany reminisced the situation by stating "I was scared since the plane that we rode in for the first schedule in Japan was hit by a lightning, but I thought of it as a sign of a big hit and did my best on the showcase."

Sooyoung stated "Just like from the movie, the plane was violently shaking after the takeoff followed by the announcement inside the plane. I think of this as a sign of a big hit."

Taeyeon also stated their jinx "We've always experienced blackout incidents during our music video filming, and yet we've had another one at the music video filming studio for our Japanese single album."

Meanwhile, Boa, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, f(x), and total of 40 SM Entertainment (aka SM) artists were arrived at LA Tom Bradley International Airport on 3rd, 10AM for their upcoming 'SM Town Live '10 World Tour in LA' concert by a chartered jet.SM, who chartered a Boeing's 747-400 model were known of paying 10 million wons to the airline company. So far, SM is the very first entertainment company chartering a plane for the concert.

[NEWS] Jessica and Krystal Cover Ke$ha Song

Jessica of SNSD and f(x) member Krystal got together at the SM TOWN Live '10 concert in Seoul and performed a cover of the popular song "Tik Tok"! The song impressed many fans, due to their nearly flawless English and hot dance moves. Check out a fancam of it below, and tell us what you think! Does it beat Ke$ha's version? Or is Ke$ha's version the only one you'll recognize as something good?

[News] Heechul of ZE:A’s everlasting love for Jessica of SNSD



ZE:A’s Heechul has confessed his love for Jessica of SNSD.

Heechul filmed a video letter to Jessica on SBS E!TV “Yang Hee Eun’s Cooking Show” which is to be broadcast on 1 September at 11pm KST.

Heechul confessed on this day, “Jessica has been my ideal type for a long time and whenever we bumped into each other at performances or on stages, I was very fluttered,” and said, “I have even waited in front of SNSD’s waiting rooms to meet her on purpose.”

Being asked to film a video letter, Heechul blushed and didn’t know what to do. But he soon showed his disappointment saying, “this is my 40th video letter, but I have never received one in response to mine from Jessica.”

Then, he showed his endless love for Jessica saying, “if we meet next time, please talk to me comfortably”.

[ NEWS ] Who Earned the Title As ‘No.1 Female Star Who Would Look Prettier if They Gained Weight’?


On the community portal site DC Inside, a poll was taken from the 17th to the 24th asking ‘which star would look prettier if they gained weight?”.


Out of 1909 votes, SNSD’s most thinnest member Jessica received first place with 378 (19.8%). Jessica was recently nicknamed ‘Bin Sica’ on a show after being able to fit inside a small garbage bin.


Fans commented that Jessica’s body prior to her debut was not as thin as it is now however, she looked better back then. They expressed that they would like her to gain some weight and return back to that healthy and beautiful image.

Following Jessica in second place, was singer Kan Miyeon with 262 votes (13.7%) and BoA trailing behind at third with 247 votes (12.9%).

Other female celebrities who made the list were SNSD’s Yoona, Kara’s Gu Hara, and actress Jung Ryeowon.
